SHIPPING & RETURNS

We accept U.S. and international orders. We do not ship to PO boxes.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping. Shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES (BUSINESS DAYS)
Orders are shipped on Business Days only. Please note that Business Days are Monday– Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We make every attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible. For orders within the United States please allow approximately 3-7 business days from the ship date for your order to arrive (you will receive a notice when your package ships). For International orders please note that it can take two weeks or more depending on the final destination. Custom Orders will be quoted upon ordering. International orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked once the leave the United States

SATURDAY DELIVERY
We do not offer Saturday Delivery

PO BOXES
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time

CARRIER
You may select UPS or USPS. At this time we cannot use customer’s shipping account numbers

INSURANCE
All items are insured against loss or damage while in transit from The Wooden Wick Co. to the shipping address. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will contain shipping details and tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We are unable to give you any information other than what the tracking shows. If you would like to receive tracking until your parcel reaches its destination, we recommend selecting UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES, TARIFFS AND TAXES
If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. Please note that it is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. The Wooden Wick Co. has no control over such delays and we ask that you contact your local customs agency for further information.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that occasionally items ordered together may not all be available for shipment at the same time. We do our best to ship the entire order together. However, if we need to send your items in more than one shipment, you will only be charged once for the shipping charges that apply to your order.

Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible with the expected ship date.

Finally, please note shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to a number of factors beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, holiday-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances. The Wooden Wick Co. is not responsible for such delays.

RETURN POLICY
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.

Because candle making is a complex procedure with many extenuating factors, we can not guarantee how a wick will perform in your particular blend and vessel. We highly suggest you begin by purchasing a Sample Kit and performing all of the necessary testing to determine the best wick for your particular candle.

At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
