HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders placed over $99 before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S. are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship ground through either USPS or FedEx. Free shipping discount is not valid on previous purchases or with any other promotion or discount. Offer available online only at www.woodenwick.com.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPING FROM?

We are now shipping from two locations! Orders may ship in separate packages from our IL and CA locations.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Many orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship.
If you are an International customer, USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We are unable to give you any further information beyond what the tracking shows. To track packages for the entirety of their journey, we recommend selecting FedEx International Priority for all International orders.
The Wooden Wick Co. is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
Because candle making is a complex procedure with many extenuating factors, we can not guarantee how a wick will perform in your particular blend and vessel. We highly suggest you begin by purchasing a Sample Kit and performing all of the necessary testing to determine the best wick for your particular candle.
At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
